Replacement Policy
We advise all our customers to check the product condition right after they received the item, if the product received has the following problems, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@storeigo.com.
  • If the item arrives and it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Missing part/s received.
  • A wrong item received.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Return policy
Return requests should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:
  • Item received damaged - must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  • Wrong item received (wrong color/wrong size/wrong model and etc.) - must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  • Incomplete item received - must be reported within 48 hours after the delivered date
  • Item not as described - must be reported within 7 days after the delivered date
* The delivered date will be following the tracking information on the tracking site
** To entitle for a refund/replacement, video or picture evidence is needed to prove that the item matches the above conditions, and please include the packaging label you have received from us.
*** Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items and brands are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Discount Policy
All discount codes could not be applied to the promotion item.
Only one coded discount code can be applied per order.
We advise all customers to check the order amount after key in the discount code to make sure the discount code is applied before check out.
The discount code is non-changeable after confirmation of the order.
We keep the right to cancel or terminate any discount code without advance notice.

Cancellation Policy
Order contents (such as size, color, or quantity) cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be canceled or changed in any way once they have been submitted.
Shipping information only can be edit within the first 12 hours after you place the order.

Bulk Order Policy
Please note for $1000 and above single purchase transaction, we consider this as a bulk order purchase hence, we will issue a refund and send you a draft invoice with a maximum threshold of only $500 with a 10% discount from us per transaction. Once paid, we can start to proceed with your order.

Delivery of Multiple Orders Policy
Different items take different time to be shipped and delivered, due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complication, etc.
Therefore to speed things up for our customers, we sometimes ship items in one order out separately. It is perfectly normal to receive certain items of an order partially first, and others later. You will receive the items separately with different tracking numbers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Timelines
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. You will also be informed via email on the refund status.
  • If you have paid using a credit card, a refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business
  • If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.
  • However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
  • The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund.
  • Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please contact us at support@storeigo.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual colour. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
